Card Order System
Intersolve‘s Card Order system enables Gift Cards to be ordered, from your Web site. It gives you the control and monitoring of the ordering and delivery process, from order to dispatch of cards, all via the internet.
The main use of the Card Order system is for Business to Business applications where large numbers of cards need to be handled at a time. It also enables individual cards to be personalised with photographs and to be sent out with personalised letters. The Card Order system automates the processes between Retailer, the card manufacturer, the orderer (company / customer A) and the recipient (company / customer B). The sending of the cards can be secured using a special activation code so that “secure postage” is no longer necessary. The system provides additional tracking capabilities to find an order using a card number. This simplifies the process in case the recipient forgets to activate the cards, but has given them to employees/relations to make purchases. The helpdesk capability enables you to check who ordered the card.
