Reporting 

The Intersolve Loyalty in a Box Host provides extensive reporting capabilities. Reports can be provided at several levels, in order to manage multi- retailer and multi country environments, e.g. reports provided by country, branch, Cash Register / Terminal, card type or time period.
Reports provide details such as turnover, utilisation information, age analysis, float value and reporting for financial clearing and settlement between store chains. These are available in a variety of formats to meet your requirements, including .CSV and .PDF, and can be provided by E-Mail, accessed via the help desk interface or downloaded from our secure SFTP server.

Reports can be customised according to your business requirements and technical environment.

 
Helpdesk
Helpdesk functions are provided including web-based tools, through a standard web browser and provides online access to real time information. The online Helpdesk can be configured with multiple roles and rights and has the following features:
